Spiritual mentoring · One-to-one coaching
Come home
to yourself.
For those seeking a deeper connection with themselves, calling in sacred partnership, or deepening an existing relationship. A space to reconnect with purpose and bring what matters to you into the way you live.

A place to begin
You don’t need
the answer yet.
You may be ready for a different way of relating to yourself. Perhaps you’re calling in love, deepening an existing partnership, or sensing that the life you’ve built no longer fits who you’re becoming.
- How can I meet myself with more honesty and love?
- What would sacred partnership mean in my everyday life?
- What feels purposeful now, and what needs to change?
- What patterns within me are keeping me from the love and life I long for?
The work we can do together
Reflection, with
somewhere to go.
We begin with your situation and agree a focus. The conversation can include guided reflection, writing, and practical actions between sessions.
Understand
Listen to yourself.
Give your longings, needs, and values some unhurried attention. Notice where your choices support them and where you keep setting them aside.
Explore
Explore how you relate.
Reflect on the ways you give, receive, communicate, and choose. Make room for the relationship you want while seeing yourself and other people clearly.
Act
Choose a next step.
Bring the reflection into life: a conversation, a boundary, a change of direction, or a practice of care. Review what you learn and choose your next step.

What I bring
Experience across
more than one world.
I’m an author, educator and spiritual mentor, a writer and poet, and a sound and energy practitioner. My books include Ready for Sacred Love and the bestselling cookbook Life-Changing Food, co-written with Jo Whitton.
Software engineering and my work as a holistic chef are also part of my story. I bring both reflection and practical curiosity to questions about love, life, and meaningful work.
We’ll discuss what you’re looking for, how I work, and whether there is a good fit before agreeing to sessions.

A few useful details.
Do I need a clear goal already?
No. You can begin with a question or a situation you want to think through. We’ll discuss a useful focus together.
Does mentoring include sound or energy work?
We can discuss those practices if they interest you. They are separate options, and you don’t need to take part in them to work with me in coaching.
How do sessions, timing, and fees work?
Get in touch with a little about what you want to explore. We’ll discuss format, availability, fees, and scope before making an arrangement.
